Very Well Kept

I have lived at Arbors for almost 5 years now. For the most part, this is a very well-kept complex. Landscapers come frequently to maintain the gardens and keep the grass neat. The office staff is always friendly and responsive. The quality of maintenance depends on who they have at the moment as there is a lot of turnover, but generally speaking I can turn in a work order at night and it will be fixed by the time I get home the next day. The buildings and sidewalks are pressure washed… about once a year, when there is an inspection (which are a pain, but necessary, I understand). They try to keep the pool area nice, but many of the residents send their children to the pool unsupervised (or if they are there, do not control them), and it gets to be a mess by the end of the day when I get there. It's cleaned up the next day, though. My biggest complaint is the lack of insulation in the ceiling and the walls, which causes a lot of noise. It sounds like my upstairs neighbors are riding elephants at 2am. Also, you can hear bathroom noises from anywhere in the apartment even with the door shut. On the whole, and for the price, it's really a great community, and the management has always been extremely helpful and friendly, and they sincerely care about the residents.

Current Resident

We absolutely love the new Maintenance Supervisor Tony! Not only did he introduce himself in a very polite manner but he was able to repair our kitchen sink that past maintenance could never get right. We love living here and look forward to many more years. The property is always beautiful and the ladies in the office are always very helpful and polite.

I love the area, it's nice clean & quiet...the property is maintained extremely well..the buildings and units are up to date with all the latest light fixtures and appliances. I love how spacious the units are..I love it here.

Arbors by The Bay

The one-bed room is very spaciuse with a large balcony, built in microwave, and washer/dryer connections. The staff is helpful and the area is very convenient. The negatives of the apartment are the floors or lack of sound proffing. I love the hardwood look but with a large hollow void between my ceiling and the upstairs neighbors floor. I can hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbor. The other issue are the walls which are very thin. So would I recommend the apartment, well yes but get and… up stairs unit if you want a nice and quiet stay.
