Love It Here

We’ve lived here for several years and have seen several owners and several changes. Some good, some bad. Neighboods are that way! Our current owners have done so much to improve what the previous owners had neglected. Today we’re in the processing of installing new countertops. This follows upgrades of landscaping and management availability. Having private garages is a huge plus. We have regular pest control services, pool upgrades, the best maintenance services, and many other improvements… that show that our current owners do care. We’re happy we found this neighborhood and plain to stay!

Feels like a house

I love this property. I have lived in both normal apartments and in a house before but this feels like the perfect combination of living in a house with lots of space and a garage but still having all the perks and amenities of apartment living.

Don’t bother

Th company that owns this place has basically abandon it. No lawn and yard services anymore. The office is only open for 4 hours both Tuesday and Thursday's. Find somewhere else that actually cares for their property.

There are better communities out there

Two drug related incidents in the last 8 months here involving residents and children (look them up online). Three previous property managers in the last 18 months. Units are very outdated-carpeting and Formica countertops. The only facilities they have available are the pool and a very small gym—the grill by the pool has been broken since I moved here. There are gates at the entrance, but they don’t work. The property manager is rarely in the office. None of the staff live on property, which is… disappointing because maybe then they would make living here more personal. Upkeep on actual units is not done. For the price you pay, you can find a better community that’s kept up with more updated and has better amenities.
