Proud residents after 20 Years!!

I’ve been a resident here for over 20 years, and this community truly feels like home. Theresa has been the longest standing and best manager we’ve ever had. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about both the residents and the property. It’s such a pleasure having her here and seeing the positive difference she has made.

Great management

We have lived here a year and quite happy with the spacious apartment. More importantly,Theresa, the manager, is friendly and does an exceptional job taking care of us all. She messages all with community concerns, offers food and games on holidays, promptly acts on needed repairs. Excellent and talented maintenance. Happy to recommend Windscape!

Love my apartment

Windscape at Daphne is a beautiful and quiet apartment community. My apartment is very spacious and I absolutely love the plank floors!!!!!. Theresa, the manager is always available anytime we have a maintenance or any other issue. She handles issues promptly and genuinely cares.

Spacious apartments!!!!

You don't see apartments being built these days that have a bedroom that fits a king size bed, night stand, and dresser. Our living room is huge and we actually have a fireplace!! Love my new home!
