My husband was working in the area for an extended period of time and needed an all-inclusive apartment fully furnished. They were able to accommodate us with the cutest little studio that was perfect for him. Kim was so good to us and I would recommend Granada Apartment Homes highly!

I moved in about a year and a half ago. I love the customer service here! When I first moved in one the ladies in the office took me around and introduced me to some of my neighbors so I would feel more comfortable. When my plumbing became an issue, the maintenance person not only fixed my issue but washed/dried the towels that I had to use to soak up water! This made my day! I had to work all day and I was worried about finding time that evening to clean up the bathroom and wash those towels.... Just amazing and that is just a couple of reason why I love it here!

i was moving from Arkansas to Alabama , My Daughter and Family live in Athens,So I wanted something near by.
I went to APARTMENTS .COM, and I AM VERY HAPPY I DID ..
I found five places, then I called the Decatur Police dept. and asked the officer that answered the phone my situation, and of the five they said three were very good places to live. I called The Granada first. Well there was not a Second call made. I posted my name,and phone number on the massage Contact Property box... . On Monday this Lady called me back, WOW, very professional , I had a dozen questions, and she answered each one.
I have been here a week how,and have talked to many that live here, What Great place to call HOME. :):)
This place gets ********** YES TEN STARTS in five categories. Manger,and office staff,Maintenance staff, Tenants, The Property WOW it's Beautiful, and Security at night Illumination...
I am 67 years old male and when to get to my age ( young) all of these things are important ...
THIS IS MY NEW HOME and very proud of it...

Granada is a great place to live! The office staff know everyone by name. If anything ever needs to be fixed, they come right away. It's an older apartment building that is very well kept. It's quiet and peaceful and I feel very safe here.
