I highly recommend Fieldcrest Apartments to everyone who’s looking for a nice and safe place to live. This is my first home when I came here in the US and stayed for almost 3 years. Office staff are wonderful, helpful and very friendly. This place is very convenient for people and pets. ????

I give no stars because they did not give me the apartment that i was promised and also I was not given the price that I was told. They don't do security deposit and first months rent. So, you better move in far from rent day because they don't give you time to pay rent. I had just moved to the area from another city. I had just started work and they did not give me enough time to pay. I also did not get to move in the original day that I was told I would be able too. Was wanting a downstairs 2 bed apartment on the cheap side which we was told was available. I paid almost a 350 application fee. after they got the fee they called and said your job situation ain't gone work. so i came down find a job went back to inform them of it now I'm approved now they need to just get my previous rental history info and we should be good. 3 to 4 days later they didn't even started the process we took the time to gather all the info for them not to mention we already gave… them the numbers to call. when they finally got that info squared away give us called and said yea we are good to go but your apartment wont be ready until another week. So now i had to call the job i had got ask them could i start at a later week had to pay some extra fee at the place i was staying at before in order to good there until time. They lied and played with my application till the last of May which we start the application on the 13 got approved to move in on the 25.... not only that the apt we wanted was gave to someone so we was forced to chose a upstairs apt on the expensive side same apt we told the girl who was showing us the place that we didn't wont not only that had to pay extra hiding fees before move in i end up paying around 600 dollars before getting keys. 11 days later after moving in i didn't even get my first pay check at my job yet. i was give a note stating late fee charges and you got 7 days before eviction.....DONT MOVE HERE BAD IDEA Read More

As far as the office staff, they are very friendly and attentive to things you say or need. (that they can supply) The maintenance staff is horrible. They will fix things the way they know how, but not the way it should be done so there isn't a problem again. They are loud and distracting by the pool on the weekends, drinking and surrounding the grill so others can't use it. We had several problems with marijuana smells in our apartment and complained several times but nothing changed. Ppl… would "throw" their garbage away but would only throw it next to the dumpster which would build up to the point that I'd have to walk on garbage to throw mine away. Things like this built up to us not renewing our lease and rushing us to move away. We had a two year plan, but that quickly went to a one year plan after we spent time here.
