The Gardens is a really quiet, well-kept place. The apartments are pretty spacious, and what’s kind of unique is that no two units look exactly the same — they each have their own layout and feel, which is nice compared to the cookie-cutter complexes I’ve seen. It also looks like a lot of them have been updated, and the property feels taken care of.
The staff honestly makes the biggest difference — they’re friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to respond when something comes up. It feels more... like a small neighborhood than a big apartment complex, which is a big plus.
If you want something peaceful with a solid team running things, this is a good place to look.

The renovations at The Gardens are full of modern charm and upgrades! It is a great location in the Garden District. The apartments have been completely upgraded. Love the new cabinets and quartz countertops. All of the floorplans are unique. No cookie cutter apartments here!
