Sweet Deal

Maintenance guys are always there to help in anyway. The pool is being redone just in time for this Summer, the location is right outside the gate of Fort Novosel, about 5 minutes, which is convenient. The townhomes are cozy and has a cute little dog park. Also the pest control is included which was nice too. So it is a pretty sweet deal for the price. Win win!

Great place to live

I have lived here since July 2025. The property manager is very nice, helpful and easy to work with. The Townhomes are nice and quiet. I live in another city due to job change and am in the process of moving my things to storage.The property manager has been so helpful. I highly recommend Summer Court in Enterprise.

Amazing quiet and feel secure

This is very quiet and very nice community that I am very happy to call home. Kirsten, Property Manager is an amazing Manager and always very helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance is wonderful and take care of work orders very quickly. It's close to everything in Enterprise. I really really enjoy living here and I really feel at home. I have talked to alot of my neighbors and they agree to this is a really great place to call home. The dogs here really seem to love the dog… park and the kids love our community too.

Superb place to live!!!!!

I am a disabled elderly lady that moved here from Texas. My landlord in Texas was not very helpful with maintenance issues and office communications. I absolutely love living at Summer Court Townhomes. The manager Kirsten is very sweet and she is excellent with communications and the maintenance staff has been wonderful in a very timely matter with work orders. I would highly recommend to everyone that living here has been a true blessing for me. Its quiet and safe. Staff is… always great that makes tenants happy to live here.

Excellent accommodation and manager!

I moved from Florida so the area was new to me but luckily the site manager (rita) was a great help to me in the stressful situation.

Lovely neighbours and good facilities for families.
