The apartments are spacious and feel like homes. Very private. I like having my own driveway and garage. Maintenance staff is very responsive. Lots of green space so it feels like a little neighborhood. I moved in for what was only supposed to be a year, but I’m going on my 3rd year! Location is nice and close to stores and restaurants.

Old Battles Place is an amazing new apartment home community in south Fairhope/Point Clear. I've been living here for a few months now and have had 0 problems. The community is quiet and has nice neighbors. The pool is always in immaculate shape and has two very good gas grills that make cookouts easy and safe. The dog park is also very awesome. My dachshund absolutely loves playing frisbee out there, and everyone picks up after their pets. Oh yeah, and there's ATT fiber to the home here (in... other words, fast, reliable internet).
Penny, Marie, and Jesse do an amazing job of taking care of anyone who walks through the leasing office doors. They always make sure they do anything and everything they can to help you out. I'm so grateful for their help I can hardly put it into words. Come see for yourself!
