Great price for the location
These are the Fairhope Commons apartments next door to the spring run apartments. I'll get straight to the point with the Pros and Cons.
Pros: The price is great for the area. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Pet friendly. There are hardwood floors and all new appliances. Many things such as; Winn Dixies, the Dollar Tree, Big Lots, Waffle House, Sonic, Etc are all in walking distance. We are 5min from the pier (driving). The apartments are clean. They spray for bugs once a month!
Cons:... There is only one bathroom in a two bedroom unit. There is only one dumpster in the back of the buildings for all the units (if you live in the first buildings you may want to drive your trash over). No extra amenities (no pool or gym :(. ) The front doors on all the units DO NOT have a peep hole!
Honestly, the "cons" are ones most people can put up with. No roaches, no bugs, no loud rude neighbors. It's a good deal for the price and location!
