The Woodlands

I love living at the Woodlands!! Its quiet, maintenance is quick, my kids love the playground and pool area. Its convenient to everything in the shoals area!

Just to know

I’ve lived at the woodlands for a few years and I love how management is quick to answer any questions or get maintenance over to my apartment asap. My previous landlord never was quick!

Love it here!!

We love living at the Woodlands. It’s obvious that anyone that has/had a bad experience is because they weren’t good residents. Maintenance is quick. Manager is above and beyond. The Woodlands is AMAZING.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Managers are dreadful and careless. I absolutely do not recommend this property in any way. Managers are slow to assist in maintenance issues (anything from minuscule to hazardous) and when they eventually do take the time to assist, they do a half-hearted job. Not to mention the office ladies have terrible attitudes and are awfully condescending.

The Woodlands

My daughter moved here last year and loves the quiet atmosphere. It is a great location between UNA's Campus and the main shopping and eating district of Florence. Aybri the Woodland's manager is awesome to work with as well. She has gone out of her way to help us anytime we have needed help. You won't go wrong by living at the Woodland's if your looking for an affordable quiet atmosphere.
