Love this place

As soon as we visited the property we knew this was our next home. We have been here 3 month. Great amenities. Very good and helpful management and maintenance is on top of any issues that occur. We are very happy to be part of this community.

Great place to live!

South pointe is awesome. The management team is amazing, they make sure you feel welcome and at home. Any issues are taken care of very promptly and professionally. I would recommend this complex for a great home in foley.

Excellent management and staff

The people in the office are great, they makes us comfortable living in this apartment, theres lots of activities. Been living here for almost 2 years and i can tell that this apartment complex is so great.

Great management and staff! Very kind neighborhood!

Nothing but a good experience since we have moved into the complex. The management team and all other staff we have encountered has been welcoming and friendly. We love as a family that they have different amenities and activities to do year round. The staff also does a very good job at keeping the amenities and grounds clean and kept up with!!
