Chapel Creek Apartments

It’s a great place here! Quiet here. Some people talk and wave to each other… some don’t but that’s not the point. It’s really calm. I can take a stroll out and it feels peaceful it’s like surrounded by the trees! I’m planning on trying the pool this summer! I moved just as the pool closed last year!

The front desk and maintenance are awesome! They’ve helped me out with some odd things but always friendly about it!

Highly suggest this place!

You can hear your neighbors every move above you. Smell smoke from your neighbors apartments. They never fix anything and management in the office has terrible attitudes.

Currently at the end of my lease and the last day can’t come soon enough! Anne the manager of the place appears to be the most disorganized and apathetic manager I’ve seen in my entire life. The staff only show up when they want to. The schedule on the door is only a suggestion. If they show up it’s atleast 30 mins after the scheduled hours and leave whenever they feel like it. Which can be frustrating when your wanting pay your rent or pick up a package. Mold began growing in my apartment due… to poor maintenance. This was reported to the office atleast once a week for 2 months until I finally contacted corporate and they decided to come out and do something about it. It then took them 3 days to complete a 20 minute job and left their tools and equipment cluttering my living room. Throughout my lease the A/C unit would go out. Maintenance might would come out the next day or the following but forget about after hours no matter how hot it is. This all culminated in our A/C unit leaking Freon which releases heavy fumes. When this was explained to management directly they planned on fixing it a week later and instructed me to raise the windows. After calling corporate and the department of inspections they finally fixed it 4 days after reporting it. For those who do not know the department of inspections said this is a life threatening emergency as the fumes of Freon are very dangerous. And when they finally fixed it maintenance left my apartment completely unlocked the entire day. Maintenance also walks in your apartment whenever they feel like it. As for the neighbors during my stay here I had someone harassing me for walking my dog near their apartment and another neighbor throwing old food in the back of my truck. This apartment complex was a terrible experience. If your thinking of living here I’d suggest you save your money and time and go anywhere else. If your willing to fight like this for your apartment to get fixed go somewhere cheaper bc Anne the manager will immediately start looking for any way to fine you as soon as you contact corporate bc that is the only way she will provide a safe living environment. Stay away from here if you care about your pets, family, or things bc all of those things are at risk here bc the office staff couldn’t care less. Read More
