MANAGEMENT IS DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!

dont do it. management is disrespectful. The lady that oversees the property is disrespectful. I was finishing up everything and had been approved. I needed help with some things on my application and after asking her how do i fix it, she texted me and said i dont have time for no one to be blowing up my phone and this is why i dont gve my number out and all the people who blow me up get straight emails from then on and she also told me that i wasnt the only tenant there, etc. As a new resident… coming in and i only texted you a few times about the situation trying to finish up everything and she catches an attitude. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.do not recommend. oH AND SHE ALSO MADE IT SEEM LIKE INWAS FALSIFYING INFORMATION!!! very disrespectful is all im going to say.

These apartments are great. But if your handicapped, don't expect to get a handicapped parking space. If you like cockroaches this is the place for you, because they don't exterminate here . BEWARE

Preventative pest control measures are also in place as part of striving for the level of maintenance our Williamsburg family has come to enjoy. We encourage residents to request additional services whenever the need arises and we appreciate the dedicated efforts for ongoing improvements to our neighborhood.

Pretty Great New Management

The management team is great! They are very understanding and have helped us with multiple things that the previous management didn't. The townhomes are also very spacious for such a great price! Pets being allowed is the main reason my wife and I moved here as we have 2 dogs. We were even allowed to build our own fence! So all in all, it's a great place to live starting out.
