The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. There is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses.
