Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, including a boat on a trailer. Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $150 + tax per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, each weighing no more than 30 lbs. Beach towels are not provided.

The direct boating access means you can launch your kayak, paddleboard, or boat straight from the property and explore the waterways at your leisure. Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Hangout, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Gulf Shores Museum, Adventure Island, and The Wharf at Orange Beach are all nearby.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Motorized boats cannot be pulled up to the deck at the house but can be launched at the community launch and tied up at the community pier. Large boats are not recommended due to the shallow water in Little Lagoon.
