Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, this property has been highly discounted. There will be construction taking place at the property Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 5 pm. Guests may experience construction noise during this time. It is a construction site, however, the outdoor pool is still operational and beautiful. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA.
