Due to hurricane repairs, there may be ongoing construction. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, with a $250.00 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violators. No pets are allowed. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space.
