Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. Due to hurricane repairs, there may be ongoing construction.
