Community kayaks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, along with two kayak paddles. A watercraft launch and boat tie-up on the private pier (for 12 ft or smaller boats, first-come, first-served) are also available. The property features a fishing pier and cleaning station, and a gazebo with BBQ grills. Free parking is provided for one car in a designated space.

For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. Due to hurricane repairs, there may be ongoing construction. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. This is a first-floor unit, and stairs are required for access. NO SMOKING is permitted in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space.
