For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There is a rollaway bed in the unit. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. NO SMOKING is permitted in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
