No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. A rollaway bed is available in the unit, and a security camera is installed outside for safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided.
