The balcony quickly becomes your own peaceful escape overlooking paradise. The condo features a full kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, and heating.
Guests can stay active in the on-site fitness room with scenic views, then relax and recharge in the indoor and outdoor pools. Parking is limited to 2 cars maximum, and parking passes can be purchased on-site for $50 per car per stay. The condominium association has a strict 'No Pets' policy, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed according to Federal Law.

For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Instead of twin beds, there are two twin chairs. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not permitted in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
