For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. The unit is suitable for children and infants. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
