Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation, and a copy of a State Identification Card or Driver's License will be requested upon booking. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. Late check-ins require host approval before booking. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit are subject to eviction. This home is suitable for children (2-12 years) and infants (under 2 years). Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, with violators being charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed.
