Beach access is just across Beach Boulevard via a nearby access path, and because this condo sits at the east end of the development, the beach is typically far less crowded than other nearby areas. Local attractions include Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and The Wharf.
The bunk bed is in the hallway area. The pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking.
