Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the trusted partner's approval before booking. Yellow wristbands are in the condo for your use and must be worn or visible for all members of your party when you go to the pool. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
