There is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict 'No Pets' policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine.
