For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. Pets are not allowed, as the condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Some properties have cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. The pool is currently under renovation and will remain closed until further notice.
