Pets are not allowed due to a strict 'No Pets' policy by the condominium association; only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony; any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators subject to a $200 fine.
