For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. Fitness working hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and fitness admittance is by access device only. For the pool, an adult must accompany all persons sixteen (16) years of age or under.
