The staff are very professional and the property is beautiful!

Great location, good management, AMAZING maintenance crew, ample parking, dumpsters emptied often, reasonably quiet, nice appliances, washer and dryer in unit (2 bed 2 bath), and a pretty view. What more could you possibly want? We've been here a little over a year and pretty much want to stay forever.

To previous reviewers: If your apartment here has roaches, put in a request for pest control on the resident portal. They sprayed *the next day,* and we've never seen another roach.

We have roaches in our kitchen, and we can’t get rid of them. Pest control comes to spray but it doesn’t help. They don’t do preventive sprays with other apartments near mine unless I call and beg them. The roaches are driving me crazy, and I can’t even go into my kitchen at night for fear I will turn on the lights and roaches will be covering the floor. The walls are super thin above me. I work in the city of Homewood, and needed an apartment as soon as possible. No other community was willing to tour me based on limited availability, but the staff at Regent’s Walk showed me a 2 bedroom model (all the 1 bedrooms were full). After viewing the model, I knew this was the place for me! Amy, the manager, promised to keep me updated if there were any cancellations. I was pleasantly surprised when she called and said there was a place for me! I’ve now lived here several months and am… pleased.
