I lived here for two years and moved out of state. Never had a complaint. Great apartments with the best maintenance service I have experienced in years. Excellent location for a great Elementary school; within a minute of walking distance. The Location is in a very quiet and safe place and right next to I-65 which makes it convenient to go wherever without having to deal with traffic lights. 10 minutes from Birmingham Downtown. Above all, a highly responsible property manager herself lives in... the property.
