Apartment complex doesn't let you out of lease ,if you employed out of town. There's an additional $75 per month fee, plus a 45 days notice with a cutoff date to turn in. The property manager not friendly, rude, and will not work with her renters.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Haley and Jamie work in the office and they are very rude disrespectful and fake. One incident I had to deal with Haley and she was very disrespectful, rude, and completely fake the entire time. I do not see why they have such a rude, unprofessional and inexperienced girl working in this high standard property. Also avoid the office manager Kim if you want to be treated nice & fairly. If you do have to talk with office staff please just ask for Teresa.… She has always been friendly and cordial and professional... The maintenance manager who is on call 24/7 is Dakota and he has always been very professional, outgoing, nice and helpful with anything I needed as well as his right hand man, Chase...This luxury property is quiet, well maintained and honestly a great place to live as long as you avoid the 3 problems in the office. After having my work orders dismissed for SIX WEEKS on a broken washer (they kept telling me it wasn’t broken), I came home to the smell of smoke and a small electrical fire. They then told me they would come by THREE DAYS later to replace it. Six weeks I hauled my laundry to laundromats and my parents house and they refused to reimburse me. Also refused to let me out of my lease ONE MONTH EARLY, when my place very clearly was having electrical issues and I could not stay there.

Would not recommend. My husband and I are being charged over $600 for a one inch burn mark that is on the counter top. This was there the day we moved in but we didn’t mention it because we understand it is a used apartment and will have normal wear and tear. Big mistake. They are trying to make as much money off of us as possible. We had to have our sink fixed three or four times because it was leaking and flooding the vanity in the bathroom. This was during the holidays and was extremely… inconvenient as we had to plan our life around maintenance coming into our home. Maintenance was not very timely and the fact that they had to come back three times before the figured out we just needed a new faucet!!?? Seriously?
