Management does not care about you. Maintenance is one guy and with all the problems. He can’t do it. You will be lucky if he gets to you.
Place has major rat problem, mold problem and bugs.
The 2 bedrooms are on a crawl space. Very damp and molding.
New management is letting anyone in and not safe at all.
Turn around. They also raise the so very high each year (200.-300 ) each time.

Management is horrible to the lessees. Property is not kept up and always has unpleasant smells. Garbage is stored right outside of the units in closets that are never cleaned which is horribly unsanitary. Management will hound you with emails and fines for their own lack of ability to manage a property. Beware of this place.

Extremely uneducated and unprofessional office staff AND management even. Roaches, ants, spiders everywhere! Power constantly going out any time more than one appliance is running, AC out within first month here, car towed without ANY notice to the point I was calling local police thinking my car was stolen, office opening 2-3 hours late on multiple occasions, NOBODY answering phones during business hours, and the list goes on. Save your money and go somewhere you will be treated with respect... and have a safe home.

This is the best apartment complex ever! I have lived here for 3 years and love it. The staff is very friendly and caring. They care about their residents. Maintenance always jumps on any problem I may have. I highly recommend this property.

Went to view the apartment complex and possibly move-in. As soon as I walked in no greeting was given an was told they had no openings. Very rude lady.
