Way overpriced for badly done renovations
All you have to do is open a cabinet or a drawer to see rotten wood and years of neglect and accumulation of dirt. Literally every drawer in the apartment my daughter rented is broken and don’t get me started on all the water damage in the cabinets and signs of years of neglect.

Rent too high
I have been living here for more than 5 years. But they have raised the rent so high since last year. The maintenance is prolonged and without response. The swimming pool has been closed for 2 years. Before that, they had opened it only for a month, after that there is no cleaning and the water is stale and dirty.

Our goal is to provide comfortable homes, swift service, and enjoyable amenities, and we apologize if you believe we've fallen short. Our team is sorry for... any delay you've experienced with maintenance service. The crew is diligently responding to requests and working to address emergency and non-emergency work orders. While we understand the unfavorable response to rental increases, keeping our costs consistent with similar communities in our area allows us to maintain and upgrade the condition of our apartments. We've recently modernized our homes with new in-home amenities such as wood-style flooring in select units, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
We understand your frustrations regarding the swimming pool. Our pool was closed due to COVID in 2020 and was undergoing construction in 2021. Our goal is to open for the summer season this year once the city utility department restores power to the clubhouse. We will provide an update to our community shortly. Our manager would like to speak with you to discuss your concerns and find the best way to improve your experience. As your name is not attached to this review, we cannot reach out personally. Do not come here based on the pictures!
It is too expensive and charging for no reason. They just ignore your request for maintenance I have been waiting for half of a year for a simple request. It is full of roaches and mold!
