Magnolia Place

I have lived here for a year now and this place has been a dream come true. this community is very safe- they have cameras that watch the entire property 24/7, the neighbors are all great, and the landlord is super sweet! She checks on everybody regularly and is quick on making sure all maintenance is done in a timely manner. Water is included in our rent which saves us some money. I don't know how these people expect to conduct any profitable business if they're totally unwilling to communicate. They've shut off their phone and they don't respond to emails. I can only imagine how miserable they are in person. I've never done business with them, and I'm already perfectly willing to recommend that no one else do business with them either. If you can't respect your prospective customers enough to communicate with them, then you deserve to fail.

My apartment was just redone and I love that it is close to shopping and the parks. It's quiet here and I feel safe. The manager was so helpful in getting me everything I needed when I moved in. I understand there's a new owner and that's great. It really shows in how the place has changed for the better. Ignore the older reviews and come see for yourself!
