Bad Apartments

I’m a current resident. I moved in last year and everything was great. Mold, roaches, spiders, barely get pest control. Just a horrible apartment to live in.

Love this place!!!

I have lived here a year and love it! Yes it is an older apartment complex but well kept up the maintenance team are quick to respond and are friendly and caring. Very quiet and close to everything, down town the mall and my work. I love the hiking trails and the view. The drive up to this place is amazing I feel like I am in Lake Tahoe so green and pretty everywhere you look. I really don't know why you would want to live anywhere else! I will be here until I retire in 5 years then I am coastal… bound.

3 Reasons why I love living at Monte Sano Terrace

I love living at Monte Sano Terrace for several reasons. The top 3 are: the location is ideal-on the mountain yet minutes from the Five Points community; the office staff knows me, which is amazing since there are over 300 apartments in the complex; and my maintenance requests are handled promptly and the apartment was immaculate when I moved in and even had brand new carpeting. Oops. That was 4 reasons!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

I have lived at Monte Sano Terrace for six years and find the units up-to-date, spacious and well-maintained. The 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans are very efficiently designed; carpet and appliances were new at move-in. Living on the main level, my electric bill averages a little under $100/month. I enjoy the view of Monte Sano, the proximity to hiking trails, a large pool for swimming laps, location convenient to Five Points and downtown and the general quiet and security.

The Reason I Renewed My Lease

Monte Sano is a great place to live. It's quiet and has beautiful scenery. The staff is great, accommodating and friendly. It's by far one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in ever. It's nice to be able to come home to an environment where I know I'll be safe and happy.
