Management sucks!!!!

Poor communication. The lady that answers the phone need to quit, she’s honestly terrible at her job. Told me they was going to get back in contact with me about the availability about the townhouse that I was approved for, called them today just to find out they gave it to someone else knowing I was waiting on a phone call back. Guess she didn't like the sound of my voice. Ifykyk smh.

Don’t do it!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Terrible experience the entire time living here. Heat and air hardly worked. Leaks all the time. Had to keep a bucket right in the door entrance to catch the drips. Maintenance took forever to fix anything and most of the time didn’t even fix the issues. There was a shooting in the apartment next door. The pool was green the entire time we lived there. The shower was replaced in one bathroom and it was left in terrible condition with nails sticking out (see pictures). The… filter hadn’t been changed since 2018. The vent fan didn’t work in one bathroom causing mold to grow, and we were told to “shower with the door open”. Then when we moved we were charged a ridiculous amount in fees. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

Summer Crossings

I lived here for 3 years and the accommodation is basic with good space but very restricted. Administration services are below par to say the least. Very unfriendly and very unfair. Also, if you are afraid of rodents (rats/roaches) this is NOT the place for you.

Had a great stay!

I have lived here for two years and have had a perfect experience! Maintenance was very friendly and quick to get the job done! Management was very friendly and very understanding on rent payment when tragedy in a family occurred. It is in a great neighborhood and very close to the University of Alabama in Huntsville for any students looking for off campus housing. Rent is very affordable. Summer Crossing has progressed so much since previous management and have only progressed more and more.… 10/10 would recommend. - William Mozley
