Rent at your own risk !!

Property management is horrible ! I’ve lived here six months and their office phone has been out for 7.5 months, they do not fulfill maintenance requests though it’s apart of our leasing agreement to stay compliant. They’ll send mad emails asking for rent to be paid on time but can’t take care of minor issues in the home. Will definitely not be renewing my lease and highly recommend having any issues in the apartment fixed BEFORE signing your lease because once your lease is signed and they have... your money clearly nothing else matters to these people.

I was told a lie I was under false pretence to get my application fee and then told the truth and couldn't get my $100 back

Horrible place to live

I've lived here for 14 months why, because the rent is cheap for a family of 5. They do not repair anything. The maintenance team blame everything on the contractors so they feel they should not fix anything. We once had a management team that spoke kindly. Now everyone in the office has an attitude. Water has been leaking from my ceiling in the kitchen since I moved in. It has not been fixed. The tech will say they will go in the opening to see what's going on and never do. This is far the... worst place to live. If your credit is good and you can afford to live somewhere else please do so. Don't move here.

Roaches

This place is disgusting and horribly ran. No clubhouse, playground is broken, apartments are very run down, roach INFESTED, and homeless people everywhere. Do not recommend! Also, keep a receipt EVERY time you pay rent or they will tell you every single month you owe thousands in back pay and lie about it!!

A lot of problem with maintenance and cockroaches

there is a shorty who is rude in the offices . don't pick up the phone, they take long time to fix things, I went to the office today 9/30/22 to have the floor fixed, I've been waiting more months for it to be fixed and they told me that when I move they will fix it, ask x my deposit when I moved in and they told me they didn't know what was going to happen to my deposit.

many cockroaches do not come to do the pet control because I have guess or put many excuses. One of the maintenance guy... come inside the apt. With cigarettes.
