I have been here barely 3 months and it has been the WORST time of my life! MAINTENANCE is nearly Impossible to get into contact with, the management companies CONSTANTLY change! The fact that these apartments has had MULTIPLE name changes says ENOUGH about it’s reputation! I BEG YOU TO NOT MOVE HERE, EVEN THE RENOVATED APARTMENTS ARE NO GOOD! I have no clue how they have the rating they have, it should be a 1 star level apartment complex!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!
This is the worst apartment complex in the city of Huntsville. I've been here for 8 months, It is now January 2021, and I'll be leaving at the end of this month due to gun bullets inside of my apartment. New years day the apartment complex across the fence which is (Huntsville Place APT) had an shoot out due to new years. And I assume they accidentally shot into my apartments. The apt complex wasn't helping at all, they wouldn't move me because my lease is up in may, they did allow me to break... my lease. This was an horrible experience!!!! This is an dangerous and I mean DANGEROUS place to leave. So PLEASE BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!

Do Not Move Here!!!
This is one of the most unethical apartment complex companies I have ever witnessed. They charge for amenities when you move in, remove the amenities, and expect you to continue to pay for the amenities they no longer provide. They don’t take care of the apartments, even to the point of not providing pest control service (though they charge for that too). I would not advise living anyone owned/managed by Blue Magma.

Worst place I ever lived in Huntsville!!!
They do not complete repairs - even if they are in your rental agreements. I was even told that they had the last day on my lease in order to complete those things!!!! In addition, manager and district managers made promises to complete them, but did nothing but shift blame to other employees. After six months of calling every week, they even stopped answering my calls. They never teturn d phone calls. I wouldn’t suggest movIng there at all. They only care about the money.

It's not worth it...
This is a place for College students that's trying to start out fresh but I wouldn't recommend it to any parent. As you can see, this place has gone through so many properties and now with another one within a year. As many as we all know, when new management takes over the cost goes up. Take a look for yourself, drive through and speak with the residents or tenants about the living condition. Go somewhere or send your kids somewhere it will be comfortable and relaxed. This is not the place and... definitely not the cost. Other places in Huntsville will be amazing and safe, Not this community
