Best Living Experience I’ve Ever Had!

Living at The Villas at Old Monrovia has been the best experience I’ve ever had in an apartment community. The staff here are truly exceptional—always kind, helpful, and professional—and the entire property is beautifully maintained.

The amenities are what really set this place apart: the gym is well-equipped, the pool is gorgeous, the sauna is a dream, and the clubhouse is such a fun hangout spot with a pool table and ping pong. I also love having access to the pickleball court and the EV... chargers—so convenient and forward-thinking!

And let’s not forget Max, the office dog—he’s the heart of the community and always puts a smile on my face.

Between the amazing team, the thoughtful amenities, and the welcoming vibe, I genuinely feel lucky to call this place home.
