Completely disgusted
My mother has lived here for around 8 years I believe. We are thankful that management keeps this place from becoming dirty on the outside and keeps the noise down. It’s a nice area and she’s had no problems with anyone. But on the other hand, my mother’s carpet has been flooded 2-3 times because of leaks from neighbors. She has asked multiple times to have her carpet replaced because it stinks and it’s rough from water getting underneath it. They are now wanting her to get it professionally... cleaned which will NOT do a darn thing because it’s filthy underneath and stained because of the water getting under it. It’s a waste of money. This not only has happened to her, but to others as well. Even if they won’t replace it due to it being flooded, it’s still time for new carpet as she was told every 6-7 years they replace it. But they have not.
