DO NOT SIGN A LEASE
Nothing there looks anything close to the model apartment they show. Everything is worn. They sit around and think up fees that they can charge you for. We changed apartments mid-lease. They charge $250 because the new room has been professionally clean, that's fine. Then they say "per you lease you have to pay professional cleaner to clean your old room." Wait... what???? I have to pay to have a room professional cleaned so that you can charge the next person $250 for the service????? They… leasing office failed to change the pets name... $250 unauthorized pet charge. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE GIVE YOU!!!!! LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!Q
