The property was quickly built in 2024 which has lead to many many maintenance issues, there are gnats and flies in every unit due to water issues. Residents let dogs poop inside the hallways, and the new property management is awful. Since PEM took over this Summer, the property has gotten even worse, because there is no communication or resolution of any of the many issues. There is weed smoke through out every building, loud music and constant bug/flies/gnats everywhere. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with my recent tour at The Robert Madison Apartments. As someone who's toured over 50 complexes (and looked at 200+!) in the city, this one genuinely stood out from the very first moment – and it's all thanks to their incredible team.

I was honestly super nervous about touring, dreading being judged as I had just driven from Mobile to Huntsville that morning and was simply in a plain white t-shirt and athletic shorts. However, the moment I walked in,... Brittani greeted me with the warmest smile. She immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable, showing absolutely no judgment based on my attire. It was a scorching hot morning, and without me even asking, she thoughtfully offered me a bottle of water – a small gesture that meant so much.

I shared my preferences and budget, and Brittani expertly guided me through all the amazing options The Robert Madison has to offer. The tour itself was fantastic, and Brittani's warm and welcoming personality shone through every step of the way. After the tour, she meticulously went over all my move-in options in deep detail, ensuring I understood everything.

To top it all off, Jasmine, the other leasing agent, came out to speak with me and instantly made me feel even more at home. But the biggest highlight for me was when the Property Manager, Carla, took time out of her undoubtedly busy schedule to personally come out and introduce herself. I have never experienced such a consistently friendly, welcoming, and hospitable staff anywhere else.

I loved my viewing at The Robert! It will definitely be the new hot spot of everyone coming into the area. Just minutes away from Town Madison and easy access to 565!!

Visited The Robert and loved their 3 bedroom floor plan. It is huge with a ton of natural light. The pricing is great also. The staff was so friendly and very excited and informative. I would love to lease here once my current lease is up.
