Guests can enter the apartment through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a relaxing living room with a decorative fireplace. The first bedroom is on the right of the main entrance door. Walk straight down the hallway and you will reach the dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room, and the second bedroom. The bathroom is at the end of the right side of the hallway. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the apartment, stains, or waste found in the yard or apartment, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
The apartment is conveniently located in a residential area in midtown, just a few blocks away from Hannon Park and less than 3 miles from downtown. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
The apartment is located in a residential area, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval.
