The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
