Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and any signs of smoking in or around the home will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
