Apartment 2 has one bedroom, one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a quaint kitchen/dining room, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and pull-out sofa. Apartment 3, located on the upper level, has two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV in the living room, two full bathrooms with showers, and a kitchen with a small dining table. Apartment 4, also on the upper level, features one bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room with a large flat-screen TV, and a well-appointed kitchen with updates throughout. All units include a washer and dryer.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged. Parties and events are prohibited at the home without prior approval. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay.
