Apartment 2 offers a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a quaint kitchen/dining room, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and a pull-out sofa. Apartment 3, located on the upper level, has two bedrooms with a king bed, a twin bed, and a double bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes two full bathrooms and a kitchen with a small dining table. Apartment 4, also on the upper level, has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a well-appointed kitchen. All units have a washer and dryer and are pet-friendly.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $50 pet fee per pet. Additional costs may apply for extra cleanup in the yard or home due to pets. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Guests should be aware that the stairs to Apartments 3 and 4 might be a little steep. Access to each unit is through a digital keypad. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
