Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 fee will be charged for any signs of smoking. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged. Trash should be bagged and placed in bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
