Parkside at Cottage Hill

I could not be happier with my apartment. I have been a resident at Parkside for 5 years. My apartment is spacious, well-lit, and affordable. The customer service is great. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable, shows attention to detail, and they fix things very quickly. The office staff is polite and professional. I have lived at Parkside for about 8 months, and had an accident that made it very difficult to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We talked to the sweet ladies in the office and they helped me move to the first floor as fast as they can which was a major help and saved me some money. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request they have come either that day or the morning of the next day and fix the problem. Everyone that works here has been nothing but the nicest and most helpful people!!!

Haven't pressured washed anything in a while. Looking run down but they sure can keep the front up. Gate broke at least once a month. Constant loud music from mechanic repair shop across from building. Neighbors below always fighting. Trash bins nobody cleans just nasty and makes the whole appearance from the corridors look bad. People leave trash on stairways. Gum droppings, containers, cigarette buds on stairs. Nobody bothers cleaning the stairs or keeping them blowed off from debris. Looks… nice from.outside but little stuff matters especially when you pay for a high quality apt complex. Racoons especially come around from the bins outside the doors of where people live bc no one refuses to clean them or bag the trash properly. Read More

Because the staff fail to pick up the trash around here there are stray cats EVERYWHERE and management does nothing to get rid of these cats they are pest!!!!! Neighbors constantly putting their trash in my trash bin and they keep me up at night with their constant bickering. Have a noise complaint? Don’t bother telling the staff because they don’t help they just tell you to call the police. I did not renew my lease and I couldn’t be more happy to get out of this place.
