Absolutely amazing 5 STAR Service! Jessi is friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to do everything online and via email to get into my new apartment. I simply could not have had a better experience. True southern hospitality and I know it will be a wonderful experience living at the Crossings. Thank you so much.

This place is the absolute best! I’ve never met such an amazing staff that genuinely cares about their tenants. From start to finish they went above and beyond for us! You will be treated like treasure! We loved our time at the crossings and are sad to go

We wanted to let everyone know how helpful the entire staff has been. We have been here for a few years and now leaving as we are relocating. They are always cheerful and helpful anytime we have come into contact. They have checked our mail and walked our dogs, delivered our packages and much more without any hesitation! We will truly miss our Crossings Family! They portray what real customer service is.

Have to agree with the other posts! The staff is very lazy, rude and pretty much here for a pay check! When you can find them , as 75% of the time they are outside smoking , or just not there. (!not showing apartments - just not there)
Sad as the complex had promise , once everything gets fixed. The pool is about to fall in, the outdoor furniture already has!
Folks don't pick up after their pets so bugs are a problem!
More and more residents getting tired of dealing with the attitudes... and lack of action from the office!
