    Exceptional Service from Ms. Howard During My Apartment Search

    I cannot say enough about Ms. Howard and the level of service she has provided.

    I am relocating to Mobile and, as you can imagine, trying to organize an apartment from another state can be stressful. From the very beginning, Ms. Howard has been incredibly responsive and helpful. She took the time to reach out to me personally and arranged a FaceTime call so she could give me a full tour of Gateway Loft Apartments, including several of the available units.

    She answered all of my questions,    … walked me through the different options, and never made me feel rushed. Her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond have made this part of my relocation considerably easier.

    Ms. Howard is a true ambassador for Gateway Loft Apartments and exactly the type of person you want representing your community. I am extremely appreciative of the time, patience, and genuine hospitality she has shown me.
