The backyard is a haven for leisure and enjoyment with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill on the patio. Guests can also take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, which is open year-round and is not heated.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Pool maintenance and cleaning are performed weekly, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service day. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or events are permitted at the home without prior approval. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests must respect the neighbors and avoid entering their property, ensuring the pool is accessed exclusively through the home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds; all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. [SI]
