Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This house is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, supermarkets, shopping centers, and parks, just a few minutes from everything. It is only a few blocks away from Vaughn Road Elementary School. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
